It is snowing today, but I firmly believe that
spring is sure to follow this little outburst. And nothing says spring like yellow does.
My background is heat embossed using yellow ink and clear embossing powder, then I proceeded to watercolour the flowers and die cut the panel with the stitched rectangle die. As I was going to use a yellow envelope I added yellow matting
and yellow and white twine, attaching to
my card base on foam strips. I die cut two white sentiments and coloured the bottom in the yellow
ink and attaching to shadow the white sentiment,
something I love to do.
A coordinating envelope with the wider flap was
the perfect place to add the stamp again, which
was stamped in the yellow ink.
I think this would make a lovely set as a gift ...
in different colours though.
