The background for this card I did some time ago using the floating inks technique. When I do special techniques I usually do quite a few of them at a time, so I have them in my stash for later use. This particular background was done using Tim Holtz Adirondack Inks Lettuce and Butterscotch.
For my card today, I started by doing some splatters on the background in the yellow and greens. Then, in my Misti I arranged my stamps in a falling floral design and heat embossed in stages to avoid any overlap. I did another flower, using the same background and die cut to attach to the arrangement and also cut a label for my sentiment from the same background. And yes ... no surprise here, I added a few sequins for a bit more sparkle. I hope you enjoy this card and thank you for visiting today.
