A morning spent with water colours and Altenew flowers is always a good day. I used the colours from the colour challenge at SCS today, or I should say, colours as close as I had.
I had the flower already cut out, so I thought I would paint it up before I lost it. I used Zig brushes to paint the flower in Light Carmine and Red Carmine, and Light Green for the stem and leaves of the little flower. For the leaf I stamped using Altenew inks in Olive and Moss from the Tropical Forest Mini Cube Set. For my panel I painted the thick lines using Tim Holtz Distress Ink in Hickory Smoke, then added the White Gold from the Kuretake Gansai Tambi Starry set, then die cut with the stitched STAX die. I attached the panel to fun foam, then attached to my card base. I styled the flowers and arranged them on the panel then glued on. To finish my card I added Nuvo Crystal Drops in Ivory Seashell.
Thank you for visiting today ...
