In my area it is a wonderfully cool day, even if it is overcast. So much better than those hot days we had a few days ago.
And, to go along with my weather, I have done this fall leaf that I just received from Concord & 9th. I just love that they have done the shading for us with this set.😊
I started this card with the leaf. On watercolour paper and in my Misti I coloured the stamp using my distress markers. I love the crackled appearance done this way. Once I was done the colouring, I heat embossed using Nuvo Shimmering embossing powder, then fussy cut the leaf.
I then die cut my panel using Neenah Solar Crest cardstock using my stitched rectangle die and stamped the shadow using vintage blue embossing powder from Michaels. I put the panel back in my Misti and stamped the sentiment along the bottom of the card, using colours from the leaf.

I finished my card by attached my panel to a blue card base, styling the leaf a bit and adding it to the panel using foam squares and I added a few gumdrops.
I hope you have enjoyed this card today, and wish to thank you for visiting my blog.
