A fun and easy card to share to celebrate winter and Christmas.
I first stencilled the snowflakes on my cardbase using tumbled glass distress ink. In my Misti I then stamped and heat embossed the snowflakes with white embossing powder, and die cut the panel with my stitched rectangle die and sponged on the chipped sapphire distress ink. I stamped the bird using Ranger Manganese Blue and die cut then coloured with a light blue copic.
I stamped the Santa Hat using Memento ink and coloured with copics, then fussy cut it out. I added Wink of Stella to the fur areas.
To put it all together I decided on the placement of the snow panel and attaching using foam tape. I then put the card in my Misti and stamped the sentiment using Ranger Cobalt Blue ink. I styled the hat and attached it to the bird, attaching them to the snow panel using a foam square. A few gumdrops finished my card.
This card has me smiling, I hope it has you smiling too.
Thank you for dropping by.
