Lovely Birthday

 I was playing around with this Beautiful Bloom stamp last night, and this is where it all ended up. I had seen a watercolour floral painting on Pinterest a few days ago and thought I would use those colours for this card.
 I stamped the image on Arches 140 lb cold press water colour paper using Ranger Archival Ink in Cobalt Blue, having the stamp fall off the page. I then painted with Cadmium Yellow and Cobalt Turquoise. I splattered in some Cobalt Blue, along with Acrylic Phthalo Blue. 
I attached a sentiment stamped in the Cobalt Blue and attached using foam squares. The panel is attached to my card base using fun foam.
