The Inspiration Challenge at Splitcoaststampers has us visiting a fabric store called Brick House Fabrics today. I picked this fabric as my inspiration.
Unfortunately this is the only picture that I have. and I have not a clue what happened. But I can tell you about the card anyway.
The colours I think were perfect to use with my stamps from Technique Junkies. I water coloured using my Nuvo Aqua Brushes again. I get so much use out of these brushes, and they are so easy to use, love them!
In my original Misti I arranged the stamps on my watercolour paper. To leave the line in between each stamp I used the edge of the stamp and the squares in my Misti, counting 4 squares on each side, so easy. Using Memento London Fog I stamped only once, there was no need for a second pass.
I kept the card Clean and Simple attaching my panel to a blue card base, then in my mini Misti stamping the sentiment with Versafine Clair in Nocturne, then adding sequins to finish up.
