This is one of my favourite stamps from the new release as I cannot think of anywhere I would rather be than sitting in a lawn chair looking at the stars.
To start I stamped my image using VersaFine Clair ink in Nocturne. I then stamped and fussy cut the image using masking paper and covered the image on my watercolour card and proceeded to stamp the stars using VersaFine Clair ink in Paradise.
To water colour I removed the masking paper and painted the sky using a Daniel Smith blue colour, then painted the grass. As the image is large enough it is easy to work around it with the watercolour.
I then painted the girl and stamped the sentiment heat embossing with gold embossing powder cutting the piece to fit the card. It doesn't show up very well in the pictures, but there is Midas Touch Shimmering Pen on most of the big stars.
I die cut the grass and painted with the same green as the lawn and cut up the pieces to place randomly on the card.
Thanks so much for visiting today. Following are Affiliate links for the new products I used for this card at no extra cost to you.

I love the new stars stamp. It makes a scene so pretty. Your card is lovely. Wish I was someplace where there weren't so many lights so that you could see the stars better. We could all use an adventure right now after being cooped up for so long. [Bunny]
