Meet Jingle All The Way!
This stamp set comes back at Christmas every year, and is one of my favourite sets. I love the Santa's in the set but clearly the one I used on this card is too precious for words.
This card is also done for the Scrap'n Stamp Random Act of Cardness challenges, today being Surprise Fold day.
I saw this fold and thought it would look super cute with the Jingle all the Way stamps. The hardest part of the fold is picking stamps that will not hang off the card in any way. The card is 5.25 x 4.25, so a 1/4 of an inch shorter that normal.
I followed the instructions for the Triple Easel Panel.
I decided on the stamps to use, and stamped them using Memento Ink on Neenah cardstock. I then coloured the images using Copic markers. I have listed the Copic colours I used below.
You can see in the picture above the stops used to hold the fold in place. They are attached to the inside card piece using foam squares. The other images are also all on foam squares, except the sentiments which are glued in place.
You can see also in this picture how I arranged the deer so his hoofs would sit on the stop, which is also done with Santa's foot and the Christmas Tree.
This is the card with the folds flat ready for mailing. It fits inside an A2 envelope.
This was a lot of fun to make and I certainly can see me doing more of them in the future.
