Welcome to Day 1 of the Impression Obsession October Release. You can find the participants for each day of the hop on the Impression Obsession Blog.

I could not wait to colour this beautiful slimline known as Winter Cottage #3276-LG. I used Copics to colour, keeping with mostly warm colours for the bricks. The mini Woodland Animals #CL1095 were stamped using Memento Ink in Tuxedo Black.
Using glue I attached the panel to the blue card base, then stamped the sentiment, which is from the Cool Yule Set #CL1098, using VersaFine Clair ink in Paradise.
Next up is this fun set called Snowflake Truck #12380. I again coloured with Copics using some fun colours to co-ordinate with the designer paper. I did the road to look like a driveway that was just done on my street. Honestly, it is a mix of black and greys with streaks! I think it works great on a card, but not on the driveway!
And my last card for today is the Snowy Mountains #3280-LG, and mini Woodland Animals #CL1095 which are the birds and bears.
I water coloured this scene using my Daniel Smith watercolours in a loose style. When I lived out west on unusually cold days the mountains would appear to be purple, hence my purple mountains. I stamped the bear and birds using Memento Ink in Tuxedo Black.
