Die Cuts Day at Impression Obsession

Welcome to the Impression Obsession Die Cuts Day.

We have set aside a day to share some fabulous new Impression Obsession die projects! Have fun checking out what our Designers have made today. Today's participants can be found on the Impression Obsession Blog.

For my card today I decided to do a mini Slimline card, which measures 3.25 x 6.25, along with new dies and sentiments from Impression Obsession and designer paper.

For a bit of a change on the design I cut the front of the card narrower than the card back, which allowed me to use another die cut on the front for my word die.

The front of the card is now 2.5 inches and the scalloped rectangle is 3 inches wide.

For each part of the card I matted with silver matte cardstock. I then added the pink snowflake designer paper to the front of main card as well as inside main. On the scallop rectangle I used the white and silver snow paper on front and back and used it inside front cover as well.

On the inside of the card I stamped a greeting from the Cool Yule stamp set using VersaFine Clair ink.

For the front of the card I die cut the Joy die using the silver card along with the snowflakes designer paper in white and silver and glued them together offsetting the silver card for shadowing.
