This is The Happy Skater.
It is time for the Inspiration Challenge at Splitcoaststampers.com and Amy is hosting today's challenge. We are visiting a fun shop called The Jolly Christmas Shop. Their Pinterest page, which is what I used, can be found here, and this is my inspiration.
You can probably tell from my image that I am using the snowman in the martini glass.
I also love these mini slimline cards, they are too cute! I used designer paper from my stash for the card panels and matted with a dark red cardstock.
Using Memento Ink I stamped the image in my mini Misti and proceeded to colour using Copic markers.
I used BG11 around the outside of the snowman as well as the inside of his belly, along with his gloves and part of his skates. On the hat I used BG11 and BG23. I used G02 around the buttons and on the scarf along with YG06. YR02 and R08 on his nose and E50 and E11 on his face and arms. For the cheeks I used RV02.
I coloured the pom pom with a white gel pen and the blades on the skates with a silver gel pen.
On the inside I stamped with a cute sentiment from another Crafters Companion set.
