This is "Many Thanks".
I have done this card for the Inspiration Challenge at Splitcoaststampers.com, where we visited a site called Distinctivs.com. I picked this image for my inspiration from their Pinterest page.
To start my card I die cut a piece of Neenah cardstock using the pierced rectangles die. On my work top I mixed together Salty Ocean distress ink along with a bit of water and swiped my die cut piece through the inks a couple of times, drying of each swipe.
I set the piece aside to dry then in my mini Misti on Arches cold press watercolour paper I stamped the foliage leaf using VersaFine Clair ink in Nocturne and proceeded to watercolour.
Using Daniel Smith watercolours I painted a layer on the leaves using Amazonite Genuine and allowed it to dry. For my second layer I mixed together Diopside Genuine, Schmincke May Green along with a mixture of Sunflower Sparkle Perfect Pearls and added a couple of layers to the leaves.
Allowing the leaves to dry, I glued the pierced rectangle piece to my Neenah card base using Nuvo Adhesive.
When the leaves were dry I ran them through my Scan'n Cut to cut out. I then styled them using my stylist set. I added foam squares to the back of the leaves and positioned them in place in my mini Misti, and proceeded to stamp the sentiment using VersaFine Clair ink in Paradise.
I then removed the backing from the foam squares and attached the leaves to my card.
