This is "Bluebird".
I did this for Watercolour Wednesday at Splitcoaststamper. The video we watched can be seen here. I usually watch these videos on my desktop and when painting I am in my craft room and watch on a tablet, which I dislike
It is all the details that are much clearer on my desktop. In any event, I used mostly Winsor Newton watercolours for this piece with a couple Daniel Smith colours thrown in the mix. The colours are Ultramarine Blue, Indigo, Turquoise, Orange, Red, Indian Red, Burnt Umber and Raw Umber and Sap Green with Manganese Blue and Quinacridone Pink in the sky.
I did not want the flowers, I wanted to keep the piece looking like it was fall, or even winter.
I enjoyed painting this Bluebird and thank you for joining me today.
