This is "Calla Lily".
I have done this card for Watercolour Wednesday at Splitcoaststampers.com, which I am hosting for this week. My pick is the Calla Lily.
I started with a single Lily, then added to it, until I ended up with this card. Funny how that can happen! To watercolour I am using several different brands of watercolour being Winsor Newton, Schmincke, DaVinci and Daniel Smith.
The colours I used are in the green catergory: DaVinci Leaf Green, Winsor Newton Sap Green, Daniel Smith Green Apatite and a bit of Schmincke Cobalt Turquoise, with a base colour under the greens of Daniel Smith Cadmium Yellow.
Edging on the Lilies was done with Schmincke Violet with a bit of Daniel Smith Cadmium Yellow added in along with hints again of the Schmincke Cobalt Turquoise.
The seed pods are more yellow than I painted mine, but the colours of Schmincke Transparent Orange and Schmincke Yellow Orange.
To finish I went around the flowers with the Cobalt Turqoise.
I am happy with the card, and think it would make a nice thank you card, so I will use an appropriate stamp on the inside. I would like to thank you for joining me today.
