Introducing "Hey There!"
This card I have done to today's Inspiration Challenge at Splitcoaststampers.com. We are hosted today by a guest hostess "Sue" who has picked Baby Dream Backdrops. You can find their Pinterest site here.
I used this picture for my inspiration.
My background is done using a stencil from A Colorful Life Designs called Lava Blooms, and distress oxide inks in Salvaged Patina and Cracked Pistachio.
In my mini Misti I stamped the image using Memento Ink in Tuxedo Black. I then went about colouring with Copic markers.
The flowers are done using RV04 and RV25, V25, V22, V17 and the small flowers are Y19 and RV25. The leaves are done using YG07, YG13 and YG09, with two of the leaves, 1 on the right and 1 on the left done using BG11, BG13 and YG09; For the pineapple I used Y08, Y19 and YR23.
Once all the colouring was completed I die cut the pineapple using the coordinating die. I then attached the stenciled background to my card base, and added the pineapple using foam tape.
In my mini Misti I stamped the sentiment using VersaFine Clair ink in Warm Breeze, and attached it to my card front, again using foam tape.
To finish up I added a few enamel dots.
