Let me introduce you to "Thanking you".
I have done this card for Scrap'n Stamp Canada, and have used my keyword "thank you". Today I am using Honey Bee stamps and dies called "Love is in the Air", along with Honey Bee Bitty Buzzwords stamps and dies.
To start my card in my mini Misti I stamped all the images I wanted to use for the card using Memento Ink in Tuxedo Black on Hammermill card stock. I then proceed to colour using Copic markers as follows:Flowers are R59, R29, R27, R35 and R43; Leaves are YG17, YG25, YG03; Bird is BG07, BG05, BG02, BG01, BG000; Birdhouse is E57, E37, YR27, E99.
Once everything was coloured I proceed to die cut the pieces using the coordinating die set. Using A Colorful Life Design Cloud Edger along with Tumbled Glass distress oxide ink I sponged on the clouds for the card background.
I then arranged all the pieces and once happy with the look I attached the pieces using foam squares and a couple were glued with Nuvo adhesive. I finished with a scattering of Studio Katia sequins.
I then turned my attention to the inside of the card. To keep it cohesive I used the same ink and the cloud edger once again for the background. I then glued in a branch along with one of the flowers that I did earlier.
I stamped the "you" sentiment using Memento Ink in Rhubarb Stalk then stamped the rest of thesentiment using Memento Ink in Tuxedo Black and attached them to the card using Nuvo adhesive.
Thank you for joining me today. I hope you have enjoyed this card today.
