Showered in Love

 

This is "Showered in Love".

When I saw this stamp set I was smitten! Yes, it is true, it doesn't take much for me to be smitten with any stamp by Penny Black.

Using Neenah 110lb cardstock and in my mini Misti I stamped the image using Memento Ink in Tuxedo Black. I proceeded to colour using Copic markers.

The bear's fur is E34, E53 and E50, his cheeks are E95; the umbrella is BG13, BG11 and BG10; the lawn is YG63; the flowers are YR14, YR15 and YR18.

To finish up the colouring I added BG10 around the flowers and bear to add a bit of glow, which shows better in the picture below.

Once I was finished with the colouring I die cut the piece out using the Penny Black die. I glued the frame to my cardbase then attached the centre portion using foam tape.

I placed my card in my mini Misti and stamped the sentiment from the set using Memento Ink in Tuxedo Black on top of the lawn.
