Meet "Thoughfulness".

Yes, this birdie is just too cute, and I could not pass him up. I will have to colour him in yellow next, as he so reminds me of my bird Sunny, on the left.

To start this card using Neenah cardstock for my base, I first die cut a circle in a piece of paper to use as a mask for the stencil work, which I did using Oxide inks in Spun Sugar and Kitsch Flamingo.

Using Memento Ink in Tuxedo Black I stamped the image in my mini Misti and proceeded to colour using Copic markers.

For the bird I used E21, E33 and E53, along with R14, R17, R32 and E93. The gift is done using Y19 and YG05.

I then die cut the piece using the coordinating die and attached the bird to the stencil background using foam squares.

Again, using the Memento ink I stamped the sentiment, then added a few enamal dots to finish the card front.

For the inside of the card I cut a piece of Neenah card 5.25x4 and applied the stencil pattern to the piece using a light hand.

I have not stamped a sentiment inside, I will do that when I decide who I will send this card too.
