Love is in the air February Scrapn Stamp Hop

Hello all! Welcome to Scrap'n Stamps Love is in the Air February hop. We will be featuring Valentine Day products in the store during this hop.

Back to my cards.

For my first card I am using a Neenah cardbase along with Lawn Fawn Gingham designer paper for my background, which I die cut using the Birch Press dies.

I glued the outer frame to the card base and attached the centre piece using foam tape, to give the card dimenstion.

I then stamped and coloured the containers using Copic markers in RV10 and RV04. For shading inside containers I used C1, and 100 on the lids.

To attach the containers to my card I used foam tape, and also stamped and die cut a few of the hearts, two with the black outline and affixed them over the containers using foam squares.

Using VersaFine Clair ink in Glamorous I stamped the sentiment on Neenah card and affixed to the card using foam tape.

For my second card I am using Spellbinder cardstock in Alabaster for my card base which I also die cut using the Birch Press dies.

I used the birds for this cards, they are just too cute and decided I would colour them in pale colours picking Y02 and Y08 for the yellows and for the pinks I used RV10, RV13 and R32.

The embossing folder I used for the background is by Sizzix and is called Romantic.
