Introducing "Snow One".
We had a lot of snow on Friday morning, but it is all gone now. However I thought I best get this card done as chances are we won't get much more, and it is still only February!
I am using Neenah Classic Crest card stock for this card, which is a one layer card as well, which is most unusual for me!
First up I made the two masks I would need to do the card. One for the top, and the other for the bottom. They are still in good shape, so when finished I stuck them in a folder I have for masks to reuse.
For the top mask I used distress oxide inks in Abandoned Coral, Worn Lipstick, Spiced Marmalade and Mustard Seed.
For the snow I used Tumbled Glass - although with the yellow reflection it looks more like cracked pistachio doesn't it?
I then stamped the image using Memento ink in Tuxedo Black and proceeded to colour using Copic markers as follows: Bunnies E00, E01, E02 and E11; Back Bunny hat and scarf YR07, YR16, Y38 and Y17; Front Bunny hat and scarf B0, B02 and B04.
The sled was done using C3 and C5.
Using VersaFine Clair ink in Paradise I stamped the sentiment from the set and die cut the piece using Lawn Fawn's Everday Sentiments die.
To finish up my card I splattered snow over the entire card using white watercolour. I then attached the image and the sentiment using foam squares.
I should add, that I usually purchase these little stamp/die sets as I find I can make a super cute card for very little cost.
Thanks so much for visiting today. I hope you have enjoyed this card. Following are Affiliate links for the products I have used, at no extra cost to you.
So pretty Kia, lovely colours and cute stamping here x
