Introducing "Songbirds".
Hello all! Today I am sharing with you "Songbirds on Branches" by Pinkfresh Studios, who are quickly becoming one of my favourite stamp designers.
The stamp is a foam stamp and the coordinating die is all one piece, making it so easy to die cut the pieces all at once, even though they are all different pieces. So clever!
For my card I am using Neenah cardstock along with Pinkfresh inks in Ocean Breeze and on the inside of the card I have used Mint.
For colour I used Copic markers. On the birds BG11, BG13, BG57, on the leaves YG06, G14, G05; and for the flowers and birds beak YR61, YR65 and YR68.
To my card base I attached the Essentials Frame using foam strips. I then styled the pieces before attaching to give them some movement, attaching with foam strips and squares.
For the inside of the card, as I mentioned I sponged on Mint to a 5.25 x 4" piece of cardstock. I then used the final leaf and flower left from colouring the set on the inside.
To finish up with a little sparkle I added a scattering of dew drops by Concord & 9th.
Thanks for this share, Kia. I've never seen a die cut out like the Song Birds on Branches. The die cutting world is evolving so quickly. Love your card and the background.
