This is "Pot of Gold".
This was an easy card to make, using two stamp sets from Taylored Expressions and using the dies from one of the sets to stencil the background.
The clover dies are all together in one cut, so I cut a set from a piece of paper, then proceeded to stencil the background using Lucky Clover oxide ink. I finished the stenciling with splatters of paint using the distress oxide ink.
The panel is 3.75 x 5.0, so in order to have it stand apart from the card base I went around the edges with my gold Sharpie pen. I then die cut the rest of the pieces I needed for my card, being the rainbow, stars and pot of gold.
For the rainbow I used Copic markers in RV06, YR07, Y08 and BG45. The "pot" is Copic 100, and the gold is done with my gold Sharpie, as are the stars.
On a separate piece of paper I had previously stamped the sentiments from the mini St. Patrick's Day sentiment strips using Delicata ink. I picked two of these sentiments, one for the front, and one for the inside, which is the Happy St. Patrick's Day sentiment.
To put it all together I attached the top panel to my card base using foam tape. I then attached the rainbow using thin foam tape, followed by the "Pot" and the "Gold", again using the thin foam tape.
I glued in place the starts, then attached foam strips to the sentiment piece and attached it to the card to finish.
A fun card and I hope you have enjoyed it as well. I don't celebrate St. Patrick's Day, but I have friends who do, so I make cards for them.
