Blossoms

This is "Blossoms".

As with most crafters, I have to really like something before purchasing. Fortunately for me I still love many of my older stamps and dies, which tells me I have made good choices over the years. This set is one of those that I absolutely love, so it will be one that I can add to the "good choices".

The background is a Spellbinders embossing folder called Four Petal Floral from the collection of the same name. The dies come from the same collection and are called Four Petal Floral Thank You.

There is a plate die that can be used in the centre of the embossing folder, but I decided against using that as I like the background being one piece for this particular set.

Over the embossed background I added Pinkfresh Inks in Blue Jay, a colour I absolutely love. I did this on Hammermill cardstock, then attached it to my Neenah card.

To colour the flowers I used Copic markers. The stems and leaves are G02, G03 and G05; the Pink flower is RV04 and RV09; Yellow large flower is Y11, Y13 and Y15; The small yellow flowers are Y13 with 100 for centres.

The blue flowers are Copic B02, B05 and B16 with B18 for the flower centres.

To finish my card I added Pinkfresh gems in pink throughout the florals.
