This is "Out of this World".
It has been years since I have done a turnabout stamp by Concord and 9th. I was on the Design Team for My Sweet Petunia (Misti) when they were introduced way back, and we did a hop showcasing them.
When I was at Concord and 9th recently I saw this miniature turnabout and could not resist. So, today I decided it was time.
I did the stamping in my mini Misti using Pinkfresh Inks in Lavender, Candy Apple, Blue Jay and Emerald City, turning for each new colour.
Using my Spellbinders Nestabilities Hemstitch Circle dies I die cut the piece. I then die cut Gina K Design Cherry Red cardstock to sit behind the Hemstitch die gluing the two pieces together and attaching to my Neenah cardbase.
In my mini Misti I stamped the sentiment using the Pinkfesh Ink in Candy Apple and attached to the card on a slight angle (yes that was deliberate!) and adding a few of the ruby gems.
I added more of the Pinkfresh Glitter Drops in Ruby throughout the turnabout design to add that sparkle that we all see from the stars.
I have to say, this is a fun stamp set. It is smaller than the larger turnablouts of course, which are 6x6, hence a bit easier. It comes with the plastic jig sheet as well.
I hope you have enjoyed this card. It certainly was a refreshing change for me to make.
Thank you for visiting today.
See you next time.
Amazing Kia x
