Sheep in Spring

 

This is "Sheep in Spring".

This card I have done for today's Wednesday Watercolour Challenge at Splitcoaststampers.com. I am hosting this challenge and have picked this video for those interested in participating with us in the challenge.

For my card I am using Arches cold press watercolour paper which I have folded to measure 4.5 x 6". The colours I used are the same as the artist had suggested, except I did not have any magenta, so I omitted it.

I also omitted the splatter of white paint, as I like the card as it is. But I did use all the other colours mentioned.

Clearly, this was such a fun card to paint. The colours work wonderful together making for such a happy scene, especially with these "oh so cute sheep".

I hope you will consider giving this watercolour a try. It is much easier than it appears. If you do be sure to have fun.
