A Little Note

 

This is "A Little Note".

Recently I watch a Gina K Design video where she made a card very similar to this. I thought I would give it a go, as I really liked the design, albeit her card was much cleaner than mine!

Using the Masking Magic strips I did the same layout design as Gina did in her video. It is time consuming, but what a great look I think.

For my card I used Pinkfresh Inks in Slumber, Mermaid Cove and Lavender for the background colours. Like the Gina K inks, I love how my Pinkfresh inks blend so beautifully.

Once all the blending was complete, I added Pinkfresh Ink in Tidal Wave along with A Colorful Life Design stencil called Astral Swirl.

I then die cut the pieces using different die sets for interest. For my card base I am using Gina K. Design cardstock in Wild Lilac, layered with Gina K Design Black Onyx for matting.

For the top die cut I applied black foam under the panel, attaching with Art Glitter glue. Using my Gemini Jr again I die cut the sentiment from Picket Fence Studios, 2 from black card and 1 from Holographic cardstock, then gluing all together and attaching to my card front.

There is no doubt my card is full, and did not need anything further.

I called my card complete, and I dare say again, I like the look.
