Meet "Happy Birthday".
This card I have made for Scrap'n Stamp this week. It seems like a very long time since I have used this die set by Honey Bee called Balloon Arch.
I do have the coordinating stencil, but I decided I would use the dies to colour the balloons, which left the white space around the balloons.
I used distress oxide inks in Worn Lipstick, Tumbled Glass and Squeezed Lemonade, mixing colours for a few green balloons.
I die cut several layers of balloons, colouring as above. I then stenciled the front of my Neenah card base using a Honey Bee stencil called Good Vibes along with the same colours that I used for the balloons.
I attached the round die cut from the balloon dies, then attached the layers of balloons using foam squares and Art Glitter glue between the layers.
I wanted to use a die for the greeting, but I do not seem to have a Birthday die! Surprise! That was a bit of a surprise to me as how could I have gone this long without a birthday die?
So I stamped a sentiment using a Avery Elle greeting called More Sentiments using VersaFine Clair ink in Paradise.
Another fun card which I hope you have enjoyed too.
Thanks so much for joining me today.
See you next time.
Kia extremely beautiful work of arty designing just love this card and you and the colours you used x
