Meet "Llama Cheers".
I have to say I had a lot of fun colouring this stamp image today. The stamp is by Woodware Stamps and is called Llama Planter.
For the background I did a loose Pointillism technique using Copic markers, G05, G03, BG34. I wanted there to be white space as it would work better with my design.
For the Llama I used E57, E59 and RV02 in the ear; the Collar is BG11, BG13 and BG57. The Cactus are G14, G19, G28 and YG67, including the neck of the teapot. For the Saddle I used RV02, RV06, RV17 with the flowers using a combination of RV06, RV09 and RV06, RV17.
When finished with my colouring I die cut the Pinkfresh Scallop Rectangle frame using a deep pink cardstock from Recollections, which is the perfect pink I think.
I applied Art Glitter glue to the frame and attached my stamped image to the frame, then adhered both to my Neenah card base.
For the inside of my card I used the left over pink piece of cardstock from cutting the frame, attaching it to a piece of Hammermill cardstock and gluing in place.
I placed the card in my mini Misti and stamped the sentiment, which is by Pinkfresh Studios called Modern Script using VersaFine Clair ink in Nocturne.
It is a busy card, but I think it is a fun card, and I hope you agree.
Thanks so much for stopping by today.
See you next time.
