Whale Done

 

"Whale Done" is the name of this card.

It brought me a giggle while making it given the size of the whale to that of the boat! But fun is what this card is all about.

I am using Altenew's From Land to Sea embossing folder along with Copic markers, and a cute Whale from Penny Black called Whale Done along with Neenah card stock.

I embossed the image first using my Platinum machine, then in my mini Misti I stamped the Whale using Memento Ink in Tuxedo Black.

To colour the water I used Copic colours in B00, B21, B34; the Whale is B34, B97, B99; The boat is E13 and E17, with a red flag in R29.

In my mini Misti I stamped the sentiment using VersaFine Clair ink in Medieval Blue and attached the piece to my card base using foam tape.

To the water I added a few dew drops for further interest. I then went over the Whale with Nuvo Glitter Gloss, although it does not show well in the picture.

On the inside of the card I added the other whale that comes in the set on water that I drew in using the same Copic markers.
