Autumn Wreath

 

This is "Autumn Wreath".

This card sort of made itself. I had these little bits of designer paper left over from another make, so I put them to work creating this card.

In my design I used a new to me die by Pinkfresh Studios called Dotted Chevron which I trimmed slightly and glued to my Neenah cardbase.

Using Arches cold press watercolour paper I die cut the Magic Iris Tropical Leaves die by Lawn Fawn. I then watercoloured the die cut using  Daniel Smith Serpentine Genuine watercolour.

Once the leaves die was completely dry I attached it to my card front using Art Glitter glue. Using a small piece of the designer paper I managed to die cut the circle using the leaves die, then glued it in place inside the leaves die.

From a Gina K Designs Ephemera Sheet I fussy cut the flower and added it in the circle of the leaves die using foam squares.

I then attached the strip of designer paper to my card. In my mini Misti I stamped the sentiment which is by Penny Black using VersaFine Clair ink in Nocturne.

I attached it to the piece of designer paper using small foam squares.

To finish my card I added a few Pinkfresh Glitter Drops in Ruby, which are so very pretty.

I am pretty happy with how this card turned out given I had left over pieces to use. I hope you have enjoyed it as well.
