This is "Birch Tree Watercolour".
I watercoloured this scene for the challenge at Splitcoaststampers.com Watercolour Wednesday. The trees were made with a credit card that was dipped in black watercolour, making this a super easy card to make, and it does not take long to dry.
The colours I used are from my Kuretake Gansai Tambi 36 colour Watercolour set. They are such bright beautiful colours, and I have not used them for ages. I need to remember to use them.
I watercoloured wet on dry starting from the bottom colours and working up. While the green was still wet I dragged the edge of the credit card through the colour which left the impressions.
To finish up I took some of my black watercolour, and watered it down a lot, then added the grey to the trunks of the birches.
Thanks so much for your visit today.
See you next time.
