Meet "Christmas Joy".
While putting this card together I was wondering if the gold grate background would work. As it turns out I think it did but that is because of the beautiful Poinsettia by Gina K called Winter Flower Mini along with the coordinating die.
To start this card I am using Gina K Design cardstock in Red Velvet. To add the Slimline Pocket by Anna Griffin I die cut using Gold matte finish cardstock by Prism, and cut the tabs off.
For the flowers and leaves I used Neenah cardstock and in my mini Misti I stamped and heat set using Brutus Monroe Gilded ultra fine embossing powder.
To put it all together I attached the pocket using Scrapbook.com foam strips. I then die cut the Sizzix sentiment x 3, from Neenah white cardstock and glued together to attach to card front.
The flower was then attached using thin foam squares.
For finishing touches I dotted the "i" using a white crystal from the Buttons Galore Popz collection Holiday Mix and added green gems to the flower centre from the same collection.
On the inside I added a white piece of Neenah cut to 4 x 5.25 inches. Across the card I added a piece of the gold matte foil about 3/4 of the way down the page, and stamped a Christmas greeting using Picket Fence inside Quotes.
That finishes this Christmas card. I really love the way it turned out, and I do hope you enjoyed it as well. I thank you as always for visiting with me today.
See you next time.
