"Merry Christmas".
Sending "Merry Christmas" wishes, "Happy Holidays" too, and let me not forget "Seasons Greetings". There are so many ways to send greetings for the holidays, which I am sending on to you.
Yes, I made this card this morning for all of you. The best part is it is super easy to make. I am using a older embossing folder by Spellbinders called Notched Corner Poinsettia which is not made any longer.
That does not stop me from using it, it is still a beautiful folder with wonderful details, and it has the centre sweet spot for a sentiment!
I embossed using Fabriano Hot Press watercolour paper, which I sprayed heavily with a mixture of Perfect Pearls and water.
I also embossed a piece of 110lb. Neenah cardstock, which when all was dry I glued to the Fabriano Hot Press piece to ensure stability.
Again, using Neenah cardstock I die cut two pieces of the Merry Christmas sentiment and one piece of the sentiment cut from Spellbinders Gold cardstock.
Using Delicata ink I added gold to the white letters by swiping on the colour. I then glued the 3 sentiment pices together using Art Glitter glue.
That finished this card for today.
I hope you enjoy it.
See you next time..
