February 2024 A Colorful Life Designs Release

 

It is Release day at A Colorful Life Designs and I think you are going to love this release. I know I always say that, but it is so true.

I have 13 cards to share with you today, so I will get on with it.

The card above is done using Wanton Daisies stencil along with Salvaged Patina and Spun Sugar Distress Oxide inks. The sentiment is from Pinkfresh and called Delicate Rosebuds and is stamped using VersaFine Clair ink in Glamourous.

This stencil is Layered Tulip Field. I used Distress Oxide Inks in Twisted Citron, Rustic Wilderness, Worn Lipstick and Abandoned Coral.

Such a pretty stencil!

For this stencil, called Arum Lily I used pink Glitter paste by Recollections. The sentiment is from Alex Syberia and is attached using foam squares.

I very much like the look of this card.

This stencil is Art Flower - big, bold and beautiful. I used Mowed Lawn, Shaded Lilac and Wilted Violet Distress Oxide inks to colour this. For the sentiment I die cut three (3) and glued them together then coloured with a Violet Copic.

Here we have Clover Trellis, decorated with a bit of Irish from Taylored Expressions. I used Lucky Clover for the stencil work and Copic markers to colour the balance.

This too was great fun to make.

Here we have Double Honeycomb stencil which I cut into a Hexagon shape and attached using foam squares. I then added the bee and the sentiment using VersaFine Clair ink in Nocturne.

Too cute!

This stencil is called Fan Blades, however I took it in a different direction. I used Saltwater Taffy, Carved Pumpkin and Squeezed Lemonade distress oxide inks. The sentiment is from a set by Alex Syberia called Midnight Blooms stamped using VersaFine Clair ink in Summertime.

I did the colour using a sea sponge which left the intersting pattern on the card front. I mounted it using foam tape.

This is one of my favourite cards. The stencil is called Filigree Shamrock. I double stamped the shamrock and cut one of them out which I then folded in half and attached to the card front using Art Glitter glue.

I added the sentiment which is stamped using VersaFine Clair ink in Green Oasis and attached it with foam strips, then added a crystal to the flower centre.

This stencil is Layered Bees. Such a fun stencil to do. I used Black Soot, Mustard Seed and Lost Shadow for colours and stamped the sentiment which is from Avery Elle.

The following two cards are from the 6x9 stencil called Four Flowers. On both of these cards I framed the piece using Black cardstock.

For the stencil work I used Squeezed Lemonade and Mustard Seed.

The sentiments are by Avey Elle and Studio Katia stamped in VersaFine Clair ink Nocturne.

Here we have "Tall Flowers". I did this slimline like a garden, even down to the soil. I had a friend who did not get why I used the brown, but the last I checked soil is dark. lol

I used Distress Oxide inks in Squeezed Lemonade, Spiced Marmalade, Worn Lipstick, Tumbled Glass, Twisted Citron and Walnut Stain. For the inside spritzed the stencil with the left over inks on it and turned it over on a slimline piece of card. I really like how this turned out!

And, my last card for today. I used the Marvelous Masks open pieces to do this card, stenciling across the full front and back of the card. Once done with the colours I stamped the sentiment on the front using VersaFine Clair ink in Blue Belle.
