This is "Anemone", my painting choice for today's 200th Watercolour Challenge, which is so hard to believe! I have always stumbled my way through a white flower, so my challenge to myself today was to try white flowers, again!
I thought the easiest way was to add colour to the background first, so I went looking for that kind of challenge and found this video.
I did not use all the colours that Karen used in her painting, keeping in mind this is the size of an A2 card, being 4.25 x 5.5". I am painting on Arches cold press watercolour paper using Daniel Smith watercolours.
Once finished with the watercolouring I attached the card panel to an A2 Neenah cardbase.
I am happy with how this card worked out, and happy with the colours and white flowers. This makes me happy, the colours and the flowers I think are very pretty.
I hope you like this as well, and wish to thank you for your visit.
See you next time.
