Meet "Eggstra Amazing".
This card is a bit eclectic, but I do like how it worked out. I love using bright colours anytime, including when I watercolour, which is what I have done here using the glazing technique. Normally I would do this using watercolour paper, but today I am using Hammermill cardstock.
In my mini Misti and using a stamp by Picket Fence Studios called Easter Egg Time, which you can find on sale here. I used Tsukineko Watermark Ink along with Lawn Fawn Embossing Powder in white.
For my background I used Impression Obsession background stamp called Easter Eggs on purple cardstock, again using the Lawn Fawn embossing powder in white, then cutting the piece in half.
To my Neenah cardbase I attached the two pieces of purple background using Art Glitter glue, then attached the Picket Fence piece, also using the Art Glitter glue.
I cut two pieces of the grass and cut one in half, then attached them to the card front using Art Glitter glue.
To attach to the card I used foam squares.
I finished the inside simply by using the purple cardstock again, and a die by Pink and Main called Happy Easter Word.
The words are die cut twice and the frame once.
Thank you for visiting with me today. I hope you have enjoyed this card.
See you next time.
