Meet Hoppy Coffee!
Making this card was a labour of love for me as I absolutely love this stamp set which is by Copictopia Creative. This is a new stamp company to me which I happened into quite by accident. Needless to say, what a fun surprise. It is called Mug-A-Latte.
For my colouring I used Copic markers in YR0000, YR01, YR02, YR12, YR14 and YR18; E55, E57; 100, and G99 along with a white gel pen.
For the Daisies stenciling I used Metallic White Texture Paste which I tinted with a couple drops of Spiced Marmalade Reinker. Once dry I went over the stenciling with some distress oxide ink in the Spiced Marmalade distress oxide.
On the Leaf Lattice stencil I used Twisted Citron and Mowed Lawn distress oxide inks for colour. I die cut the piece using my Hemstitch die, then gave the die a trim! I layered the Hemstitch die with a very old die by Spellbinders called Scalloped Circles Small.
The leaves are old dies by My Favorite Things called In-Focus Florals. I think I only used these dies once before, that is not good!
Throughout this card I have been using old and new products, which has been deliberate. Despite their age these products stand up and still look good today, which I think is awesome. More bang for my buck anytime!
To finish up I again used the Green Grass cardstock from Gina K Designs and the Daisies Two Ways stencil from A Colorful Life Designs coloured with Spiced Marmalade distress oxide ink.
I also used a mug die by Impression Obsession called Big Mug to finish my project. I have cream in my coffee, so I used Copic E55 to colour the cream. I stamped the sentiments, also from the set, using VersaFine Clair ink in Green Oasis.
And finally, a bit of bling from Pinkfresh Studios.
I do hope you have enjoyed this card today. I certainly enjoyed making it.
