This is "Tulip Waatercolour".
I have painted this using Arches cold press paper for today's Watercolour challenge at Splitcoaststampers. I wish I had paid attention to the bottom a bit more as I did not mean to "build a bush".
I am using Daniel Smith watercolours in Pyrrol Scarlett, Green Apatite Genuine, Serpentine Geuine, Sap Green, Prussian Blue and Cerulean Blue.
As Joanne did in the video, I turned the tuplips upside down to paint, doing 3 layers in the red. For the last layer I added more paint hence allowing the Tulips to dribble the red.
To finish the card I matted using Gina K Design cardstock in Grass Green then attached using Art Glitter glue to the Neenah card base.
I did the same for the inide, plus added a piece of white over the green cardstock. I will pick a sentiment when I am ready to use the cad.
Thanks for visiting with me today. I greatly appreciate it.
See you next time.
