This is "For a Friend".
A new embossing folder from Spellbinders, called Luxe Background and Border, which I think is beautiful. It is a two part embossing folder along with a die which fussy cuts along the edge, as you can see from the picture above.
This the part b of the embossing folder, which I coloured using Copic markers in soft colours of YG41, YG45; RV11, RV21, RV23; Y11; E11 and E13.
For part a of the embossing, which is on the inside of the card, I used Cracked Pistachio distress oxide ink for colour, applying lightly with a brush.
In my mini Misti I stamped the sentiment using VersaFine Clair ink in Pinecone. Using the coordinating die I cut the sentiment out and attached it to the card using thin foam squares.
I very much like how this turned out, and I look forward to doing another card with stronger colours, which is my usual.
But for now I hope you have enjoyed this card.
Thanks so much for dropping by.
See you next time.
