Meet "Friends Floral".
Another floral die set by Spellbinders called Hello You Floral, which I love. It makes such an interesting design, with plenty of options with different colours.
For my colour I used my Copic markers in the following colours: YG13, YG23 and YG25; BG13 and BG49; E57 and YR24.
For my background I used Honey Bee's Spring Medley embossing folder which I embossed, then applied a light layer of Salvaged Patina distress oxide ink.
I attached the embossed panel to my Neenah cardbase using Art Glitter glue.
Once the colouring was complete I put together the floral using Art Glitter glue, then attached foam squares to the back of the pieces to add further dimension.
I then embossed another panel for the inside of the card. For this panel I removed a shim as I did not want as deep an impression as I had on the card front, given it is the inside of the card.
I again lightly brushed on the embossed piece some distress oxide ink.
In my mini Misti I stamped the sentiment by Honey Bee Stamps called My Favorite Flower using VersaFine Clair ink in Warm Breeze, and die cut the piece using the coordinating dies.
I attached both the flower and the sentiment using thin foam squares, and glued the leaf in place using Art Glitter glue.
Thanks so much for joining me today. I hope you have enjoyed this card.
See you next time.
