This is my painting for the Watercolour Challenge at Splitcoaststampers.com. We are visiting Ellen Crimi-Trent for today's challenge and her painting of an Orchid.
To paint this Orchid I used Daniel Smith watercolours in Quinacridone Pink, Opera Pink, Olive Green and Payne's Grey. I am also using Arches cold press watercolour paper.
The splatters I added are done using the Opera Pink watercolour.
A pretty easy painting which was also fun to do. I do love Orchids, even though I do not have any. Maybe one day!
