This is "YUM!"

I fell for this stamp called Piece of Cake mini and coordinating die by Colorado Craft Company the minute I saw it. So darn cute it is. I got a few things that go with the set so I could change out the background, which is 6x6 but I trimmed my card down to an A2 size card.

First I stamped the images I wanted to use in my Misti using Memento Ink in Tuxedo Black.  It was after this that I changed my mind about the background, so rather than waste the card stock I drew over the lines using a red  Sharpie.

I knew I would be using Vellum so it did not bother me to re-colour.

To colour the squirrel I used Copics in E11, E15, E17 and E27. I used E15, R17 and R29 on the cake. I attached the background to a red Gina K Designs piece of cardstock for my base..

I stamped the sentiment using Memento Rich Cocoa.

For the icing and the roses on the cake I used Clear Wink of Stella. I die cut everything out and attached to my card base using foam strips.

Using Art Glitter glue I attached the candle in place.

For the card inside I attached the left over panel from the card front on white card stock. I then stamped the sentiment from the set using Memento Ink in Rich Cocoa.
