Meet Christmas Watercolour. I painted this for Watercolour Wednesday at Splitcoaststampers.com. I was doing it in a hurry as I will soon be losing light. I am not used to that yet!
This is what happens when I sketch out what to paint. Despite trying my best, me and Ivy leaves do not see eye to eye!
I am painting on Arches cold press watercolour panel which is cut to 4x5.25". I tried making the pinecones look like a bunch of pinecones.
To watercolour I used Winsor Newton paints.
To finish this piece I added splatters with the red watercolour. Thank you for visiting today.
