Meet "Farmhouse Florals".
Rather than colour an embossed image I decided I would use Vellum along with Delicata Golden Glitz Ink for this card today.
The look is very different with everything remaining white except the ink. I embossed the vellum for the front of my card, and embossed a piece of white Hammermill card for inside the card.
On the vellum I carefully went over the area using the Golden Glitz ink, keeping the application very light helps to keep the saturation level lighter. I hope that makes sense.
Once I completed the ink application I also applied the ink to the edges of the vellum piece around the entire card.
Using Vellum tape I then adhered the Vellum to my Neenah cardbase and touched up the edges where needed.
To finish the card front I added gold gems by Spellbinders to the card front along with a sentiment from Spellbinders Fill my Heart stamp set, which I embossed using Brutus Monroe Gilded embossing powder.
Around the edges of the sentiment tag I added Y28 Copic marker to help the sentiment stand out from the back ground.
On the inside of the card I embossed the Farmhouse Floral using Hammermill cardstock and glued it in place using Art Glitter glue.
I stamped and heat embossed the sentiment using the Brutus Monroe Gilded as above and used the Y28 Copic to go around the edges of the sentiment.
