Family of Penguins

This is "Family of Penguins".

This card I made for the Inspiration Challenge at Splitcoaststampers.com. We are visiting a site named Personal Creations.com and I picked this as my inspiration.

I cannot get enough of this set, so darn cute are these Penguins. Today I made a shaker card using both old and new stamps and dies.

I made the shaker using Trinity Stamps plastic from a damaged A2 shaker pouch, cutting it down to fit my window as shown above.

The background paper is from by Lawn Fawn and called Let it Shine which I also used on the inside. The snowflake frame is by Penny Black. It has another part of snowflakes for the inside of the frame,  but I did not use it

I filled up the pouch with as many sequins as I could and one of the reasons why is that I wanted the thickness which helps with the dimension for the card.

The Copics I used for the Penguins are Y35, Y36; C3, C4; B12; RV02; RV33; 100. I also added highlights with watercolour to the Penguins.

The Penguins I coloured and die cut with the coordinating die that comes with the set. I ran a thin line of Art Glitter glue along the bottom of the Penquins and attached them to the bottom of the shaker.

The shaker is sealed twice, so I have no worries about any "leaks" happening! On the inside I have a coordinating paper along with the sentiment that comes with the set.

Thanks so much for joining me today. I do hope you have enjoyed this card.

See you next time.
