Stink Stank Stunk

 

The following cards are from the latest release by A Colorful Life Designs. I decided I would share all the cards I did using the "Grinch" stencils, so get ready for a few laughs.

When I googled to ask what words best describe the "Grinch". The results were pretty clear, "Stink!, Stank!, Stunk!", and that is the name of this stencil too.

So I started with this card of the same name. For colour I used Pinkfresh Inks in Grassy Knoll, Keylime and Candy Apple. I used a gold gel pen to colour in the letters.

To finish I added a bit of card bling by A Colorful Life Designs.

Next up is "Extra Grunchy". I love this stencil, it is those beady eyes that do it I think! My card base is by Gina K Designs called Tranquil Teal.

The die is by Penny Black called Antique Frame. I stenciled using Pinkfresh Inks in Keylime and Paradise. To finish up I went around the "Grinchy" word using a green gel pen.

This stencil is "3 Sizes Too Small". I love the sentiment and the hands making the Heart shape, so adorable. For colour on this card I used Grassy Knoll and Sparkling Rose.

I added A Colorful Life Designs Card Bling which are a pale pink.

This stencil is "Grinch Before Coffee". I was disappointed as I ordered a take away cup die to use with this stencil, but it did not arrive in time for me to use it.

I instead kept it simple using a Gina K Designs cardbase in Red Velvet along with some Card Bling in red and stencil work in Paradise.

This is "Cindy Lou" stencil. Too cute! For colour I used Pinkfresh Inks in Sparkling Rose and Sweet Mustard. 

To finish I added card bling in a pale pink.

I am using "Grinch Season" here. That face makes me laugh too! Again I am using Pinkfresh Inks in Grassy Knoll, Tidal Pond and Candy Apple. 

I added the Santa Hat which is from Impression Obsession colouring the hat with the Candy Apple ink as well. This is my favourite card for the "Grinch" part of the release.

And my last card for today, this is "Max". Of course, this fellow gives me a giggle too.

I first die cut the front panel then added inks in Gina K Designs Warm Cocoa and Pinkfresh Ink in Espresso. I stenciled Max using Expresso in the four corners of my card front, stenciling minus the antlers. I then stenciled Max including the antlers and fussy cut.

Over the Expresso ink I added Nuvo Aqua Shimmer Opal Quartz, along with splatters from my Delicata Ink pad. To finish I attached the front panel to a Dark Chocolate Gina K Designs cardbase. I then added Max to my card front using foam squares.

For the inside I used the same colours and stenciled the sentiment using the Pinkfresh Ink in Expresso.
