This is 'Dancin Figgy Pudding', also known as Dancing Pudding.
The reason behind the name is due to what is allowed in titles when posting cards. But, no matter the name, I just love this "puddin'!
This picture shows how the legs move back and forth, which is too cute! I hooked the legs on the gem so I could show how they move and they move freely.
To start this card I embossed 2 pieces of white hammermill cardstock using the Notched Corner Poinsettia embossing folder by Spellbinders.
This folder has been discontinued which I do not understand as Spellbinders does not have another Christmas embossing folder with the centre available for the sentiment.
I then applied Pinkfresh Candy Apple around the edges of both of the embossed pieces, with the inside piece being done on the reverse side to accomodate the sentiment.
I did not want the colour to be too red so I kept the application on the lighter side. I stamped the sentiment in the Candy Apple for the piece inside the card using Picket Fence Inside Quotes.
Putting together the pudding I used coloured bits of scrap from my stash. For the pudding I used Kraft card and applied Pinkfresh Gathered Twigs around the edges.
I added designer paper to the scarf along with white glitter card for the fringe and the sauce. A few red gems finished my design.
This was such a fun card to make and I do hope you enjoy it as well.
Thank you for visiting with me today.
See you next time.
