Spoon Daisy

 

This is "Spoon Daisy".

Spoon Daisy is a Altenew embossing folder of which I have used only a portion of for my 4.25 inch card today. I do not normally make such small cards, but this style spoke to me.

I am using Gina K Designs Black Onyx cardstock along with Rose Gold metallic cardstock for this card. I embossed the image to 3.5 inches using the back cardstock, then applied Sizzix Rose Gold Lustre Wax using my fingers to apply.

The wax is very smooth and creamy so very easy to apply.

I applied the left over from my fingers to the outer portions of the embossing designs so the entire card had some of the wax applied to it.

I then set the piece aside to let it dry.

I moved on to the "Hi" that I die cut for the inside of the card, which is an old die by Impression Obsession. 

I cut two layers of the "Hi" and applied the wax to each layer, then using Art Glitter glue I glued the pieces together.

I glued the "Hi" in place using the Art Gltter glue. I left the application of the wax "roughly" applied to the sentiment.
