Winter Watercolour Bokeh

This is "Winter Watercolour Bokeh".

Brenda is our hostess today and she has picked this video for us to have a go with. For colour I painted my background using Manganese Blue mixed with Phthalo Blue.

I kept my circles on the smaller side, just because! I don't know why I did that, it is just the way it turned out to be - lol!

My brances started out much thiner, then I changed them to be thicker as they did not stand out enough. I painted them using Payne's Grey.

I let the piece dry completely then added the bokeh look using Dr. Ph Martin's Bleedproof White watercolour paint. making some opaque, while others very light.

I again let the piece dry completely before adding the splatters.

Inside the card I stamped a greeting from Penny Black stamp set called "Snow Builder" using VersaFine Clair ink in Blue Belle. I went around the edges using a Copic marker in B29.

Thank you for joining me today.

See you next time.
